Trading Terms

For private drain clearance bookings, Jetrod’s engineer will attend the property of the customer and will use rodding and/or jetting equipment to remove the blockage from the drain(s). Once water flow is restored, the engineer will expect payment by either cash or a cheque, made payable to ‘Jetrod’.

For regular commercial customers whose drains and gullies are cleared by Jetrod or Bates Environmental Ltd tankers or jetvacs, an invoice will be sent and payment terms will be those agreed between that individual company and the Jetrod management.
