Jet Rod has been established for over 25 years and is part of the Bates Environmental Ltd group of companies.

Our aim is to meet our customers needs and exceed their expectations with prompt, professional and reliable service.  We offer a personal service and that is why we do not use call centres or answer phones. When you call us you will speak to a person who will have an understanding of your requirements, not a machine!

Naturally, we place a great emphasis on customer and employee safety.  All our operatives are fully trained and follow stringent health and safety procedures.
